A toast to a new venture
We toasted the beginning of
the Salon Classics and thanked
people for taking a chance to help
make them happen.
       Informative Interlude
Quartet members introduced the
individual movements of Schubert's
"Death and the Maiden".  Patrons learned some history and gained insight into Schubert's life and music.
Some unattributed quotes from our September Experience:

"I came with high expectations, and you exceeded them."

"One of the best parts is knowing we'll see these people we just met again."

"The afternoon was a delight to experience.  Music in this type of setting was a thrill.  I feel that I received more than my money's worth."

"Great food.  Great entertainment.  Great evening.  Bravo."

"Thanks for a wonderful evening! I am not sure what was the best; food, friends or the amazing music. You are the best!"
